I created Diverse Image as soon as I realized how much I enjoyed photography. Before hosting with Smugmug it was extremely slow going. I was trying to learn photography and web design at the same time. Now I can focus solely on the photography aspect of things. Presently my main area of focus is High Dynamic Range (HDR) landscapes. I'm trying to travel as much as possible and see the world, or as much of it as I can anyway. I would like to change the haters out there about HDR and create very realistic looking photos. I agree that the technique can be over done, most of the time I try to stick to the most realistic amount of post processing. Every once in a while though I'll create a pretty strong HDR that has an animated look to it, it just depends on what I'm going for at the moment. I also plan on creating a pretty extensive collection of abstract photos where anything goes. In the future I plan on also getting more involved in portraits as well. Feel free to contact me any time.
